As it is more than time to overcome the silence here on this blog, I prepared a little travel diary about my recent travels to Poland and the Czech Republic. This summer wasn't actually as travel heavy as other years (due to the ugly obligation of writing my master thesis) so I looked forward to this trip even more and was not disappointed at all. After a short stop and night in Wroclaw, we spent a great deal of time in Krakow and I can only recommend you to visit this city as well, if you haven't already been there. It was beautiful, full of charm and history. We spend most of our time strolling around old town and visiting museums and the Wawel castle. Obviously, we ate plenty of pierogi and drank lots of beer. One rainy morning (it did rain a lot...) led us to quite a gem and so we enjoyed delicious lunch and tea at the Massolit English bookshop and cafe with a book browse afterwards. Definitely worth a visit! All in all Krakow was truly a perfect place for a getaway, so I'd really love to go back again one day.

After Wroclaw and Krakow we traveled on towards Prague. But I leave this to another post, well I have to anyway, because I once again snapped way too many pictures. If it is getting too silent here in the meantime, don't forget to visit me on Instagram, as I post things like current reads, looks and tons of coffee pots much more regularly than here.
